"Laura has been the epitome of the “Like a good neighbor” slogan! She immediately reached out to me to see if I had questions when my rate went up with the last renewal. Then, when I had to file a claim because a tree fell on my home, she jumped in and helped when I was having trouble reaching my claim contact who was overloaded in another time zone. She continuously followed up to see how I was doing, even though it wasn’t a claim she was assigned to. Laura’s professionalism, timely follow ups and concern have far exceeded my expectations. I’m very impressed with Scott’s State Farm team!"
